analysis _ concept _ design

The goal of this small-scale project was to design a contemporary bathroom with the main aspect of accessibility. Due to the small room size and the location in a basement apartment, the floor plan was designed in an openly manner. A shower with moveable partitions creates a flexible and open room-in-room situation that is also barrier-free. The existing ceiling was integrated into the new design by choosing matching materials, thus creating a holistic overall spatial experience.
